Processing Times
We aim to process your order in 1-3 days time after payment made. We use DHL,Fedex or other logistics to ship your goods to you.After the payment has been verified and authorized, we will process your order so that we can review your order information, process and prepare it for shipping. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we've used to ship your order. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.Also, during peak periods or promotions, it may take longer.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping and can deliver to most countries. Please note that customs duties and taxes may be incurred upon delivery and these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for return or exchange instructions.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will refund you.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer free shipping, please see the checkout page for details. Shipping times will vary based on your location, order size and weight. Estimated delivery time is 5-15 days and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Missing Tracking Information
Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online / to be notifying you by email. If the tracking information does not update, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our customer service team so that we can assist you further.
How To Find A Delivered Package
Our email will notify you the tracking number and the courier partner that we used to deliver the parcel. You may log on to the stated courier service website and key in the tracking number provided to track your package.
If the tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it yet, we suggest taking the following steps:
Other than yourself, who could have received the package? Do you live with family or roommates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please ask them if they received the package.
Was the package signed for? If so, do you recognize the name? Please ask them if they received the package.
Do you have a back or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room, or receiving office? If so, the package may be there.
Do you know your mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where the package was delivered.
